Refund policy

At FUNDAE, we want you and your kids to love their cozy fleece pajama pants. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days from delivery. To start a return, contact us at sophia@itsfundae.com with your order number.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item is defective or incorrect, in which case FUNDAE covers the return shipping.

 

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.
